Boat Catering
Since 2007, Executive Chef Samantha has been involved with boat catering on Sydney Harbour, providing mouth-watering food to private charter boats. Sam also has experience performing location catering for large sailing regattas such as the Audi Hamilton Island Race Week, and has managed private catering for the Ginger Racing and Loki Racing crews.
Catering options on board depend upon the fit out of the boat.
