Whatever your requirement, we will work with you to create your own special menu. Fresh food has always been an important part of Samantha’s life and she takes inspiration from the food growing around her. Seasonal food is a crucial component for Samantha and she will ensure that every dish prepared for you has the freshest of ingredients.
A degustation menu, where wine is specifically matched to each course, is an option that many clients like to choose. Degustation dining is the perfect way to enjoy a selection of dishes which complement and showcase your own wine selections or your private cellar. Samantha will draw on her European experience and Australian heritage to provide a dining experience that you and your guest will always remember.
