- Chicken empanadas – cornmeal dough parcels w a chicken mince filling
- Almond and pork meatballs – minced pork w chopped almonds and garlic
- Queso frito – fried cheese, crumbed w paprika, sheep’s milk cheese
- Seafood rebozados/vegetable rebozados – similar to tempura, vegetable or seafood based fritter
- Salt cod cakes w roast capsicum aioli – brandade, mix of salted fish and potato made into little cakes and served w aioli
- BBQ prawns w garlic and almond sauce – green prawns peeled and sautéed served w a garlic and almond mayonnaise
- Grilled chicken fillets w chipotle relish – char grilled chicken topped w a relish made from smoked chilies
- Baked eggs ‘flamenco’ – mix of vegetables, prosciutto and chorizo fried then topped w an egg and baked, served in the vessel that it is cooked in
- Rabo de toro – braised oxtail cooked in white wine, tomato and vegetables served w mashed potatoes
- Chorizo and beans – braised white beans and sausage w a hint of spice in a tomato based sauce
Traditional paella
- Saffron rice w the traditional ingredients, prawns, mussels, chorizo, chicken, peppers, tomato and peas, sefood stock base finished w chopped parsley
- Vegetarian paella option available or a seafood only paella option available
